Mail Art with Little Nore

In December of last year Artist Heidi M sent out an invitation on her blog to join her in a Mail Art Swap. I love Heidi's art so I had to take part!

I decided to make a little fabric piece and the little witch from my curtains was still in my mind so I thought I would make a little stitchery of her.

I cut out my pieces and marked some bits with my magic pen. If you haven't tried the Pilot Frixon Eraseable pens on fabric I would highly recommend them, just one touch with a warm iron and all marks completely disappear! Like I said, magic!!

A little stitching and some tiny buttons later she was finished and sent off to Heidi.

Soon a prettily decorated envelope dropped through my door filled with this gorgeousness...

I love all of Heidi's work but I think her watercolours are really special so I was thrilled my painting and so pleased I took part in the swap!!

Why not pop over to Heidi's blog and have a look at all the wonderful mail art she received from around the world.

What would you love to receive in the mail?

Dani x
